Condition is very good. A few pinholes in the mesh.

Only two motifs, leaves and flowers with raised rings in the flower centers, probably needlemade. A needlemade ring esprits in the ground. Nice arcs around the center cloth. The technique is excellent.

CMS Monogram for Colleen Moore (probably) Scott (8/19/1899 to 1/25/1988), silent movie star. The S is probably for her second husband, stockbroker Albert P. Scott, married in 1932, divorced in 1934. This might date this handkerchief.
